What this site records
While browsing the catalogue
No account is needed and no third-party analytics are installed. The site sets two technical cookies: the one that remembers the bookshop you collect from, so that prices are right, and the one that remembers light or dark mode. They serve nothing else and are shared with no one.
What you set aside before confirming stays in your browser. Until you reserve, the bookshop knows nothing about it.
When reserving a book
Reserving asks for a first name, a last name and a way to reach you — phone or email. This is used to prepare your order, to tell you it is waiting, and to find it at the counter. It joins the church's record of the people it follows, which also avoids duplicates from one visit to the next.
Orders are kept for the bookshop's accounts. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details by contacting the bookshop; the contact details are on the Find us page.
The tracking link
Every order gets a link containing a token that cannot be guessed. Anyone holding that link can see the order and cancel it: share it only with the people concerned.
What is not done
Your details are never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The site shows no advertising and loads no resource from another domain: the fonts and the images come from the site itself.
